Booking cancellation	Free cancellation of the reservation within 24 hours before check-in time.

Cancellation policy

Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00
In case of an earlier check-in, the Customer must provide the Contractor with additional information. If it is not submitted (untimely submission), the Contractor does not guarantee the availability of the rooms.
For check-in before 12:00, an additional fee is charged in the following amounts:
for check-in from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., an additional fee of 50% of the daily room rate is charged;
check-in before 7:00 a.m. An additional fee of 100% of the daily room rate is charged;
In case of non-arrival of the guest, the Customer pays a penalty.2.3.
Check-out takes place at 12:00 p.m.
For check-out after 12:00, an additional fee is charged in the following amounts:
if you check out from 12:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m., an additional fee of 50% of the daily room rate will be charged;
at check-out from 18:00 to 24:00. An additional fee of 100% of the daily room rate is charged;
